They have raised rent on all residents by $100 or higher, raised the cost of the laundry facilities twice, and justify it with a half finished "gate' around the highway side of the complex while leaving the vulnerable neighborhood side exposed with no gate. There are consistent letters of "Break-Ins" left on our doors at least every other month. This place is not worth the cost. Right off of a main road (Mustang) and highway (35), there are sirens consistently throughout the night and loud cars. There is no peace at this complex.
